Requirements for a valid Return:

Reasons and Valid Conditions for Returning Products:
- Wrong product delivery
- Delivery of missing parts products.
- Incorrect content or incorrect information
- For delivery of defective products.
N.B – Non-availability of the fabric pictured on the web, the product may not be the same as the fabric of.
The replacement warranty will not apply if any of the following conditions Exist:
- If the product is damaged due to misuse of the product.
- In case of consequential damage due to product defect.
- If any consumable items are used.
- If products with serial / UPC number are damaged.
- If walls or liquid spills are damaged.
- Any damage not covered by the manufacturer's warranty
Refund Policy:
- It takes 10-15 days to process your refund after receiving the goods from you.
- Upon receipt of your product, it will be checked for quality by the quality assurance and quality control department.
- The product must include the original brand packaging, logo, and kit packet and be accompanied by the applicable original proof of purchase.
- For any component missing by the customer or user error, a partial refund will apply and the cost will be determined by the department.
